Here is a new product for small animals (hamsters, mice, gerbils, lizards, etc) that was invented by 8 year-old, Olivia Kessler.  PopUp Pet Playland is a popup book that morphs into an enclosed playground for small animals.  I had several hamsters, mice and gerbils growing up and I think this is one of the cutest ideas I have ever seen when it comes to giving your little creature the best life it could have.
