My good friend Eldad Hagar of Hope for Paws recently rescued these adorable chihuahuas, Marty, Brooklyn and Penny, off the streets of Los Angeles.   This is an exclusive video clip of them soon after the rescue. Good to see all 3 tails were wagging - and very happily I must say.
